While tracking chimps in Senegal for @natgeo, I learned a lot about the differences between chimps and humans when it comes to sleep patterns. Chimps curl up in tree nests at sunset and wake up at sunrise, which gives them up to 12 hours of rest. But they also take breaks during the day to nap—a routine I wish I could emulate more myself. // A good night's sleep is going extinct. Build your sanctuary today. #saveoursleep
