Since I haven’t posted any calisthenics in a while. Ended my squat and dead session with a pull-up and knee raise combo. Add a pull-up after every 5 knee raises. So 1 pull-up 5 knee raises 2 pull-ups 5 knee raises 3 pull-ups 5 knee raises 4 pull-ups 5 knee raises 5 pull-ups 5 knee raises.
