Fantastic turnout for the lovely @emmashoard and her live-illustration event of Siobhan Dowd's The Pavee and the Buffer Girl -- the love story between an Irish traveller and a buffer girl. We love live-illustration and being completely immersed in the story 🖌 #illustration#libraryfun

My seven-year-old girl's latest picks from the school library. Students are allowed to pick out three books each time they visit the library. I'm always excited when it's library day for my kids. I love seeing what stands out to them without my suggestions or guidance. Last year Daughter consistently brought home chapter books that were usually too hard for her to read on her own. For some reason, so far this year she's only brought home picture books. I'm not sure why she made the switch again, but all three of these were cute. . . . . . ...

We all three of us went to a unicorn party at our local library today. It was a lot of fun. She got to make some unicorn glitter slime, her unicorn name is Giggly Samazing, she made a unicorn picture, got to play unicorn ring toss, and of course made an edible unicorn horn snack. Lots of fun for her and the library did a great job hosting the event. We went out to lunch after. Such a fun family morning. #unicornparty#libraryfun
Once again, I have the best husband in the world! Since I'm working today, he took the kids to story time at the library where it was Batman day and now, because it's his dad's birthday, they are at the Escape Room Brewery in Redlands which has an actual game room for kids! I love that my husband and I make sure we take the kids to do the most fun and adventurous activities possible!! #gooddaddy#escaperoombrewery
