Sunday. Sunny. Easy but healthy food! Vegan bowl with peanutbutter-tofu, steamed sweat potato and courgette, tomato and rucola! Very Sattvic: pure & light. Swipe to see how this crispy tofu came out of the oven: first press some water out of the tofu with a big kitchen knife, then marinade with organic peanutbutter, soy sauce/ketjap manis, himalaya salt, sesame seeds and sambal (or some sort of chilipepper sauce). Directly into the oven 15 min 200 degrees and then 5 min grill. Quick but with an amazing taste. Serve with fresh coriander of course. Enjoy this delicious sunday brunch bowl! #yogadiet ...
