Hi hello! I read an article this afternoon while eating biscuits in Savannah about “the rise of the ‘getting real’ post.” Many of them are just used by influencers to sell you things. 😂 Most all of them are long and emo. This is one of those two things! I never clean my iPhone lens before taking pictures (sorry @ambermarlow) and I forgot everything I learned in a basics of editing class, so my whole Instagram is getting real. Welcome. Last weekend I went to the #nytfoodfestival and saw some great panels, old @gpfood friends (hey y’all!), and learned ...
Some joy-filled outtakes from the weekend’s inaugural New York Times Food Festival, where @nicoleponseca gave The Art of Hospitality panel beautiful perspective. — Wherever your passion lies, hope you all are inspired to use your voices and platforms to keep telling stories! ✨ #filipinoamericanhistorymonth#nytfoodfestival
Great memories of last weekend’s inaugural New York Times Food Festival with incredible reimagined street food in Bryant Park, live cooking demonstrations, and lively discussions at TheTimesCenter. #nytfoodfestival#empireproduced . . . .
Congrats to the @nytlive crew on an amazing #nytfoodfestival. Very proud to see the months of hard work by @robinbunevich & the team come together so well. Also, shoutout to @mikecohenphotography for his skill in selecting ice cream models.

This time last week we did a thing, and it was more than I could have hoped for!! I’ll remember the camaraderie, the happiness on the faces of thousands of New Yorkers and the deliciousness for the rest of my life #nytfoodfestival

Thank you 🙏 so much for your kind words and infectious energy @samsifton — we were honored to be a part of this incredible @nytimes food festival. This is the type of personal touch and thoughtfulness that made this first festival a benchmark of the industry. ••• #foodfestival#nytfoodfestival
Believe it or not, this is the first Classic Caesar Salad I've ever made! After watching @ChefThomasKeller teach how to make the traditional recipe at the #nytfoodfestival, I had to give it a try. Stay tuned for a new IGTV video coming later this week of me at the festival and making this salad at home. It tasted delicious, and if you ask me, I think it looks pretty incredible! Thanks again for inviting me @Instagram and @nytimes!
such fun meeting @massimobottura of #osteriafrancescana at the #nytfoodfestival last weekend and hearing about his refettorios all over the world. very inspired by the idea of these community kitchens reducing food waste and working to serve people in need of nutritious meals in neglected places, transformed into hospitable spaces. highlights from The Park: mouth-watering fried chicken from @beatrice_inn and sweet potato funnel cake from @simonandthewhale. swipe to see. 👉🏽
I have no issue dining out alone when needing to eat but when it comes to dining alone and at this level it feels way too luxurious. There was one solo spot available for the last evening of the #nytfoodfestival, “The Nights” @atomixnyc and I just could not resist. Although I still feel slightly guiltily, yet pleasantly full. A collection of some of my favorite bites from the evening. #truffles and were involved, twice.
My heart loves my man is shooting amazing top chefs and restaurants but my stomach is very jealous! #repost @emonhassan ・・・ Thank you @teajada for capturing the opening video montage which has played before every Times Talks @nytlive event during #nytfoodfestival Montage includes a set of videos I shot of chefs who participated in the festival. (Scroll down my feed to see them).
@Resy connects diners to the best restaurants in the world, which is why we partnered with them for “The Nights” of the #nytfoodfestival. Thank you @resy for your support, we couldn’t have done it without you.
