Had the opportunity to drive through Denali National Park this past weekend, and I must say....AMAZING! Toward the end of the road, we were hit pretty hard with fog, unable to see 10ft in front of us, but still worth the once in a life time drive!

Taken on the hike back from #fairymeadows in the #gilgitbaltistan region of our initial plan was to go to the basecamp .. but we were told by a friend who has experience with expeditions that Fairy Meadows is the first step towards Concordia expedition.. if we can manage the first, then we can consider the latter as it's more tricky.. Needless to say we haven't taken the second step yet 😝😂.. the locals suggested (and we hired a couple of guides to help with our backpacks n all.. city folks 🤷♀️), that the was about 2.5 ...
How to avoid larch madness: get above the crowds. It’s honestly so crazy how busy K-Country was today. I’m glad we chose a less popular hike, and left the crowds behind as soon as we began to gain elevation. The view from here was pretty awesome, and a quick summit means I have time left to do some Sunday baking!
Work of art 👌🏼I’m not much for visiting churches in Europe ⛪️ but in Asia I’ve become obsessed with temples and shrines🏮When I last travelled around South East Asia I spent days in each country exploring these incredible spaces. While I have yet to explore the temples of Taiwan (🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️I know - what?! I live beside a massive memorial but haven’t visited yet) this spot in China was breath taking 🇨🇳 Located in the middle of towering sky scrapers is Jing’an temple in Shanghai. This place has a history of nearly 800 years ⛩You can spend hours exploring different halls ...
I just can’t get enough of this place ⛰ - Been hustlin’ these past few days. Waking up at 3am for sunrise hikes. Trekking back in the dark after epic sunsets. And collecting tons of moments that I’ll remember forever. - #travelalberta#explorebanff
This is 'Nike' a humpback whale that we saw during our tour with Captain Gary from Ocean Ecoventures. I have some more shots of Nike where you can see the scars on his fluke in the shape of his namesake. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- #nike#humpback
It’s okay to begin your story today. Those mistakes you’ve made along the way are lessons, not failures. You were meant to get back up and find a way that resonates with you. There is no expiration date for reinventing yourself. . . . #bokehkillers#bokehgraph
In the last decade I've been able to hike to some incredible places! Spending 4 days in the Alpine lakes wilderness during the height of fall color is a hard one to beat! This is a collection of photos from 5 years ago, and a trip I still remember vividly! This was definitely a highlight from the last decade!! What was one of your favorite trips of the past decade? . . . . #bpmag#trailchat
It rained all weekend which made for less crowds and a more interesting photographs. 🌨China is incredibly unique 🇨🇳 I didn’t expect it to be so much different from Taiwan, but it is. One thing that’s sure is Taiwan is better for living in my opinion, but I will be back to China many more times for some travel and exploration. The verdict? China 11/10, Taiwan 100/10 🥇
Well guys, it happened. Fall fever hit today! The leaves are changing in the Milwaukee area, and I really hope they stick around this time!! What’s your favorite part of fall? This might be mine when there are occasional red trees intermingled in the greens!
